The Ulupono Initiative invests in organizations and companies with creative ideas and business models that provide pathways toward sustainability. Specifically, we support efforts in the areas of:

Ulupono is made up of both a for-profit entity and a non-profit philanthropy. Our investment model reflects the Omidyars’ belief that both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors can be a force for good. We look for investment opportunities that:
